We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead complex, high-value enterprise deals. This is a role for a proven seller who is still deeply motivated to build, not just operate. You will own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through to close, while helping shape how Kaizan sells as a company.
You will work directly with founders and early team members to refine our go-to-market motion, develop repeatable sales plays, and bring structure to ambiguity. This is not a role for someone who relies on brand or inbound. We are looking for someone who can create opportunity, navigate complexity, and sell value in emerging categories.
